This is a mix of honey produced from the bees foraging on garden, hedgerow and farm land flowers. It is a versatile honey, medium to dark in colour.
Starflower honey is produced from farming the bees on farm crop borage. This tiny delicate star shaped blue flower produces a honey which is light in consistency, light in colour and has a very delicate flavour.
Our heather honey comes from the moors of Derbyshire. Heather honey has a thicker consistency to our other honeys with a strong distinctive flavour.
